Why is there a delay before my order begins production?

We currently experience a roughly 3‑day delay between when your order is placed and when production begins. This pause is due to high order volume, especially during peak seasons. We use this time to carefully schedule roasting and packaging, so every bag of Taylor’s Trail Coffee is fresh and crafted with adventure in mind.

When will I be billed for my order?

Billing is processed at the time your order is placed, not when production begins. This ensures your order is secured in our system and queued for roasting. Even with the 3‑day production delay, your payment guarantees your spot in line.

How long will shipping take after production starts?

Once production begins most orders ship within 2–4 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our roastery so you can follow your coffee’s journey right to your doorstep.

Are Your Coffee Beans Certified Organic?

While our beans are organic, we cannot say they are certified due to the nature of our business with our roasting partners.
